Appointment Cancellation Policy
New Patient / Cancellation / No Shows
As a courtesy to our clients and service providers, please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. A credit card is required to hold your appointment(s). We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose this information to any other party.
No Show Fee
A fee of $50 will be charged for missed appointments or appointments canceled without 24 hours’ notice.
New Patient Deposit
A $50 deposit is required for all new patients before scheduling any appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to any products, services, or consultations at the time of the appointment. Deposits are also subject to our No Show Fee.
