What to Expect
In our clinic, we begin by applying a topical numbing cream 30 minutes before your microneedling treatment to minimize discomfort. Immediately after the treatment, you may experience some redness, mild swelling, and some pinpoint bleeding, which are all normal reactions. Over the next 24 hours, you might feel sensations such as warmth, tightness, dryness, or itchiness in the treated area. Each treatment includes a post-treatment homecare product. You may notice visible results after the first treatment. Full benefits of microneedling will become apparent within 3-6 months after the treatment leaving you with a remarkably smoother and rejuvenated complexion.
Recommended Frequency and Sessions
Collagen induction is best seen with a series of 3 sessions, spaced out 4 weeks apart. With each treatment session, you will notice improved changes in your skin texture and tone.
